PRELIMINARY
Are you independent? a service provider? An intermediate? How do you position yourself? Does MooZar encourage "Piracy»? Does MooZar legitimise « Piracy »?, Is MooZar Utopia?, Can MooZar be considered as charity?
MooZar is a private and independent company, a necessary link between the Internet users and the Artists (or its right holder)
MooZar represents, according to a written mandate, the actors of Creation who, to preserve their rights, are willing to reconcile with the internet users who have reproduced their work without authorisation.
Any Artist (or his right holder) enrolled on MooZar, agrees not to pursue the Internet user after he has compensated the work he has reproduced without authorisation.
MooZar does not encourage "piracy", unless you consider that a victim encourages the offense because she accepts a compensation for the damage she suffered.
MooZar does not legitimise « Piracy »!
Unauthorised reproductions are a long lasting social fact.
Since the advent of new technologies (<>10 years), there are 95% of work sharing who is done without authorisation (IFPI 2009). Almost 100% of Internet users questioned by poling firms (IFOP- ZOGBY INTERNATIONAL) declare they hold files copied without authorisation.
Once scanned the files circulate freely, without a possible control on the web and elsewhere.
80% of the internet users support the model. They declare in a large majority to be willing to compensate the artists for the works they have reproduced without authorisation (60% says the IFOP, 65% says ZOGBY INTERNATIONAL)
MooZar is not Utopia. The Internet users massively declare they are willing to donate/compensate. - 80% support the model IFOP (French polling firm) – 60% of Internet users that have reproduced works without authorisation declare they are ready to compensate IFOP (65% in the U.S says ZOGBY INTERNATIONAL, an American polling firm).
No one reaches out, except that of reconciliation. The right holder decides the amount of the compensation desired for each work. The dispute will be settled, in case of unauthorized reproduction, only as long as the gesture of the user is greater than or equal to the fixed compensation.
PAYMENT
How do you access to the financial report?
Once connected, you have access to the Financial Report in real time by clicking the button "Financial Report". This detailed report can be viewed and downloaded from the site.
This report outlines the Donations / Compensations received on your behalf and awaiting payment. All movements are supported by documents which can be viewed and downloaded.

How and for how long does it take to receive payments?
Get paid every month end, by wire transfer with the bank details provided at registration, 90 days after their receipts by MooZar.
During this period, the Donations / Compensations received for you are placed in a bank account named account "Principal" or account "third", unpaid, administered by MooZar.
The waiting period (90days) is used by MooZar to moderate and prevent abuse.

Do you support the cost of wire transfer and banking?
The monthly bank transfer fees for Donation/Compensation received on your behalf, should be zero or negligible. These fees remain your responsibility.

MY ACCOUNT, HOW IT WORKS
Who can enrol? What type of work?
All authors, composers, arrangers, performers, publishers and producers and their beneficiaries can enroll.
All works are concerned, whether it's text, music, video, photography or drawing.
If you have transferred your rights (author, composer, artists, performers ...) you can still register.
However,f you no longer hold your rights (precisely if you have ceased them to a collecting company), you cannot mandate MooZar to receive compensations. The mandate will be limited to collecting donations.
MooZar will forward the beneficiary who has the better right to a particular work (the default choice for the Internet user). The Internet User will still be able to select the beneficiary of his choice. It belongs to Right holders to come together to present the best possible arrangement for the Internet user.
How can I register?
To start, click on the button "I register" and follow the procedure meticulously.
How do I log-in my account?
On the front page of the MooZar Web-site, with your e-mail address and your password
How can I modify my personal information?
Once connected, enter "my account" and click on "modify information"
How can I modify, add or delete titles on my catalog?
Once connected, enter "My Catalog". You will find all the tools to add, delete and modify the data concerning the work.
Is my information confidential?
You alone can access, with MooZar, to your data through your account.
So that the Internet user is fully informed about the beneficiary of the Donation/Compensation, some data filled in during registration will be visible to the Internet user.
If you're a Company, all the data entered during registration except, your login, name and personal information and your bank details, will be visible.
If you are an individual, all data entered when registering except your login, personal information and your bank details, will be visible in the reserves below:
- If your user name is known it will be communicated. In this case, your name will not be given.
- The fields Address, Zip, City, Country, Date of Birth, Place of Birth and ID will be visible only if you agree by clicking the appropriate frame.
What is the difference between a donation and compensation?
A donation is a monetary gratification given by the Internet user to the artist or its rights holder without counterpart.
Compensation is an amount of money given to the artist (or its beneficiary) to compensate damage, injury.
With MooZar, the payment of a donation superior to the amount desired by the artist (or its right holder) settles the dispute with the beneficiary who has the rights to the work that arose from the unauthorised reproduction of the work.
The plea agreement is a contract between the Internet user and the artist (or its right holder) that settles the dispute born from the unauthorised reproduction of the work.

Do I have a certificate, proof of the donation or the compensation?
Yes, when you receive a donation or compensation, a contract evidencing the gesture or compensation is preserved in the history of the operations accessible from your account at "Financial Report".
Who sets the amount of the compensation desired?
If you hold the rights of reproduction, you alone determine the amount of the compensation desired for the work.
What is the amount of a donation?
The Internet user is the one who decides the amount of his gesture.
MooZar has set a minimum donation of 30 cts.
Become a partner, come get your Banners.
If you have a legal activity, become Partner and post banners of MooZar, where and when the works are seen, heard, or read.
To encourage Partnerships, MooZar gives you part of his commission.
Generate donations and compensations where and when the works are being enjoyed is precisely the goal of MooZar.
Register on MooZar in quality of Partner (affiliation).
Banners "MooZar" will be available and a file containing the list of works for which MooZar is entitled to receive donations / compensations.
Each time an Internet use, from your web-site make a donation/compensation, you will receive part of the commission charged by MooZar.
You will contribute twice as much to Creation.
If MooZar Company ceases its activity, will the passed agreements still be valid?
Yes, the passed agreements will still be valid even in the event MooZar stops its activity.
The agreement is between the Artist (or his right holder) and the Internet user. MooZar only represents the Artist ( or his right holder)
If the agent (mandatory) disappears the agreement itself remains.
PENAL POLICY
Compensation for an artist or his right owner through MooZar can not prevent the repressive state policies.
